Very fashionable. Reminds me of some of the girls walking around my neighborhood here in Williamsburg. It's like 38F and you still see them running around dressed like this! Don't know how they do it.
That reminds me of the goths/emo's getting around Sydney at the moment. It is 35C (95F) and they are still wearing PVC pants, overcoats and heavy boots.

Its a bit 80's but I love the style! Red and black go so well together. Good pose too. :-)
